3. Service-Specific Refund Conditions
- ▸ Pre-Execution Cancellation: If you cancel before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
- ▸ Partial Execution: If work has partially been completed, a proportional refund will be calculated based on the percentage of deliverables remaining at the time of cancellation.
- ▸ Post-Delivery Revision: After final delivery, two (2) rounds of revisions are included at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are subject to separate pricing.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- ▸ Cancellation based on a change of project scope that does not relate to quality deficiencies.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights to all final deliverables produced under the agreement. corewordstudio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. corewordstudio will not disclose Client business strategies, project details, or unpublished content to any third party without explicit written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, corewordstudio's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. corewordstudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, España.
